The valve ball and valve seat treated with WT coating are processed using special processing technology on a fully empty machine tool to ensure product accuracy. After grinding with specialized equipment, they can achieve mirror finish (within Ra0.2), porosity below 1%, and kerosene penetration test to ensure 24-hour non wetting of the paper. The hardness of this layer is 63-73HRC, compressive strength ≥ 3000Mpa, and bonding strength with the body is greater than ≥ 160Mpa. The static water pressure strength test is ≥ 160Mpa. The finished valve ball and valve seat are placed in a vacuum pressurized special equipment and are compounded with a layer of Si and Al low torque material.
