The top drive IBOP plug valve is a control valve used in conjunction with top drive drilling equipment in petroleum drilling engineering to control the pressure and flow at the wellhead, protecting the safety of wellhead equipment and drilling personnel. It can be divided into two types: top drive upper plug valve and top drive lower plug valve. Usually, the two valves are connected in series to the top drive drilling device. This valve can withstand high pressure from both directions, and its working pressure can reach 10000-15000psi;

Features: The valve body material is made of AISI 4330V, which is an American standard low-alloy high-strength structural steel with higher yield strength and impact performance. It also has the advantages of good hardenability, small quenching deformation, and good mechanical processing performance.


Product Features:
1. Ultra wear-resistant
The product adopts a new technology and special process of dual phase tungsten titanium material, which can maintain normal use with over 10000 cycles of pressure switch under drilling conditions. The working service life of the product can reach 5000 hours or more.
2. Low torque switch
Opening torque ≤ 350N · m under pressure of 35MPa; When the pressure is 60MPa, the opening torque is ≤ 1000N · m.
3. Corrosion resistance
After being placed in vacuum special equipment, the finished valve ball and seat are compounded with a layer of low torque material to enhance surface smoothness, improve self-lubricating and anti-corrosion capabilities (according to NACE MR0175, it can withstand H2S corrosion above EE level), reduce IBOP rotational torque exponentially, improve the wear resistance and corrosion resistance of the valve ball and seat surface, and greatly improve the product's service life.
4. High pressure resistance
Yinhe IBOP can meet different operating pressure requirements of 10000Psi and 15000Psi. At the same time, our company's 20000Psi IBOP has been successfully applied in the drilling operation of the deepest well in Asia - Taco 1 well.  
5. Easy to maintain
As a consumable part, the integrated design of the upper and lower ball valves reduces the time for attaching and removing buckles and improves operational efficiency.
